During discussions, we found that the best way possible to showcase Urban Redevelopment Authority’s masterplan was through an interactive self-service kiosk. Through the self-service kiosk, we were able to input all information regarding the masterplan to the viewers. Furthermore, the touch-enabled feature also allows users to interact easily with each region’s plan, which maximises users’ engagement.
