The Project

The West Kowloon Cultural District established a new vibrant cultural quarter located on a dramatic harbour-front site in in the heart of Hong Kong. As part of our involvement, we have been tasked with designing and implementing a kiosk system that will optimize the customer purchase experience throughout all the venues.

The Outcome

With innovative thinking from the team, we have developed an interactive kiosk solution that seamlessly integrated with the SISTIC ticketing system. Through this integration, it does not only enhances the efficiency of the ticketing process but also reduce the waiting time for buyers. Hence, The West Kowloon Cultural District has seen a much smoother operational flow.
